If your Wellness Pod is leaking from the top, the black Aussie Tech Washer may have fallen out.

Please check that the washer is inside the top of your Wellness Pod. It sits just under the screw cap at the top of the filter.

This washer creates the watertight seal between your shower fixture and the filter.

Quick fix:

• Unscrew the Wellness Pod from your shower hose
• Check the black round washer is inside the top of the Wellness Pod
• Reattach the filter and hand tighten firmly

Once the washer is in place, the connection should seal and the drip will stop.
