Our high-flow shower filter is designed to prevent clogging and maintain strong water pressure. Extensive testing confirms that the filtration process doesn’t alter your flow rate, so you’ll enjoy a powerful, uninterrupted shower experience with no change to water pressure.

If you’re experiencing an issue with flow, you’ll need to ensure the black aussie tech washer is inserted in the top of the Wellness Pod, and is laying flat. You’ll also need to check that there are no white plugs in either end of the inner Refill Capsule, causing any blockages. 

Quick fix:

• Remove the Wellness Pod™ from the shower fixture
• Check the aussie tech washer (black washer) is laying flat in the top of the Wellness Pod 
• Unscrew the Wellness Pod and check there are no white plugs on either end of the inner Refill Capsule 
• Screw the Wellness Pod back together
• Reattach the filter
