We know that once you place an order, you want it on its way as quickly as possible! 🤍

Our ninja packing team works hard to pack and dispatch orders daily from our Gold Coast warehouse, using both Aramex and Australia Post to deliver to customers across Australia and around the world.

Orders placed before 1 pm (AEST) are usually packed and dispatched the same business day. During sales and busy periods. 

Shipping Options

At checkout, you can choose from the available shipping options to suit your needs:

• Standard Shipping: Usually delivered by Aramex. Once dispatched, delivery can take approximately 2–14 days, depending on your location.

• Australia Post Express Shipping: Available at checkout if you need your order sooner.

• Priority Dispatch: An available option for customers who would like their order prioritised for dispatch.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier delays.

Delivery & Safe Drop

We use both Aramex and Australia Post for deliveries.

Aramex couriers may leave parcels in a safe location at the delivery address. You can add delivery instructions at checkout to help the courier with your delivery.

If you prefer to sign for your parcel or do not wish for your order to be delivered by Aramex, we recommend selecting Australia Post Express at checkout, where available.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been dispatched, we'll send you a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number so that you can monitor the shipments journey. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information to monitor its progress.

If you need your order urgently, we recommend selecting an express or priority option at checkout.
