Once a parcel has been shipped, it enters the Australia Post network, which means we’re unable to change the delivery address.
You may still be able to redirect the parcel using your Australia Post tracking link.
If the parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we can reship it to the correct address once it arrives back at our warehouse. Please note a reshipping fee will apply.
